Unless you got a $5000 retainer and $250 an hour, guess what, I can't help you. (And that's cheap).
I've been getting these things since before I started school.
"So a woman in my office was a surrogate for her best friend and had the baby in the summertime. Now they both had to have lawyers. She had the baby and gave it to her friend. Now her friend and her husband are trying to baptize the baby. Unfortunately they have not been able to put her friend's name on the birth certificate and they called the lawyer today who is now saying he is going to drop the case because its hopeless for them to have legal custody of it. I think they were trying to adopt the baby. The lawyer also said the next hearing is in 2010 and they just had one a month ago. Now there is two issues, #1-They need a good surrogate attorney to get legal custody of the baby. #2-In my opinion sue the lawyer who they paid up front to finish the deal. Do you know of anyone?"
